About Our Calgary Clear Braces

When it comes to orthodontic treatment, Invisalign is quite a bit different than the other options. With these treatments, patients are provided with tailored clear aligners that have been designed to gently shift teeth into a more desirable position. Each set of aligners is worn for a few weeks and then replaced with the next set in the series. With these invisible aligners, patients can actually remove their aligners to eat, drink and even practice proper at-home dental care. It is recommended however to wear aligners for a minimum of 22 hours a day for the best results and shortest treatment time.

Benefits of Clear Braces

When it comes to orthodontic treatment, clear braces have various benefits over the other options, which include that they:

  • Require no dietary restrictions. Patients can enjoy their favorite foods and then put their aligners back in.
  • Are virtually invisible. Many patients report that no one even noticed they were undergoing orthodontic treatment.
  • Do not cause damage or discoloration to teeth like other orthodontic treatment options.
