Meet the Doctor

My name is Dr Karin Yosefi, and I’m thrilled to be joining the team at Chapperral Valley Dental Clinic!

Originally raised in Ontario, I completed my bachelor’s degree in Environmental Biology with Honours at York University in Toronto, before moving west to Saskatoon to complete my Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree at the University of Saskatchewan. A couple of years later I moved further west, making Calgary my home, and I’m excited to bring my passion for dentistry to this vibrant community.

My approach to dentistry is deeply rooted in a patient-centered care. I believe in empowering my patients through dental education, so they can make informed decisions about their oral health and treatment. Whether it’s routine care, complex procedures, or your child’s first dental visit, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

I enjoy working across all aspects of dentistry, and I take particular joy in working with children—seeing them smile is one of the highlights of my day. Outside of the clinic, I’m an avid nature enthusiast. You’ll often find me hiking, biking, or cross country skiing in the mountains. I also am a big fan of musicals – ask me about my favourite ones!
